Travel has begun! YES I am late!

We left on the 3rd of September, drove away at 0900 and then at the airport went through a lengthy process.

Unfortunately with the surgery last year my tough old bird needs some support, more than I can give. She was wheeled from point to point in each airport and helped at the gates!

We left Toronto at approx 1230 and flew to montreal. A short hour long wait and then we were onto a swiss flight to Zurich. That was not bad as the food was good but the flight was long and economy has tight seats. BUT.

We made it to zurich! YOu can see their waiting area for assisted.

After almost 5 hours in zurich (A long hold over for us!)

We were on an edelweiss flight into Samos!

Safe arrival and down. it was 31 celsius when we arrived. When we left in the morning from a canada? It was 15 celsius.

A big jump in temp. But at least we are here!

I know I am late posting. tech issues and we are busy. I will update later with more information! this place is beaufitul and full of sun!
